Returns-Exchanges
In case you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can e-mail us at info@theline.com explaining the reason you are asking for a replacement or return of the product. Please make sure that you provide us with the order number and your complete details. The purchased product must be returned in its original condition, unused and unworn. It must be in its original packaging accompanied by the original proof of purchase. Failure to comply with any of the above mentioned conditions might lead to non-acceptance of the replacement/return. Request for replacement/return or refund must be made within 15 calendar days after receiving the product. Requests made after this time period will only be accepted for defective products. These terms are in accordance with the Greek law, under the provisions applicable to sales contracts.

In case of exchange, if the new product has a higher value than the returned one, the customer will be notified to complete a payment for the price difference. If the new product has a lower price, the customer will be credited the difference.

Shipping
All orders are sent with the cooperating courier company to the address of your choice. Orders are processed daily except weekends, holidays and strikes. Detailed information on the shipping method and delivery costs are given in a special place. Your order – if the product is available – is executed as soon as you complete it. In case the product is not immediately available, we will inform you in time about the estimated delivery.
